Lousville, KY's Young Widows are a steamroller of heavy awesome. Formed out of the ashes of Breather Resist, Young Widows initially had an exceptionally strong Jesus Lizard influence. That subsided on their incredible 2008 release, Old Wounds, a largely live album where the band truly came into its own. On tour in support of the album, the band played the album from start to finish at every show. Presented here, for you, are the best of the best from Old Wounds.
We Have Signal is APT's Emmy-winning live music program filmed exclusively at the BottleTree Cafe; in Birmingham, AL. The series features new and innovative bands from around the state, the country and even the world. A new episode of We Have Signal airs weekly at 10PM on Thursday nights, followed by encore presentation of the previous week's episode at 10:30. Each week's new episode also airs at 11PM on Sunday evening.
